Payment Terms and Billing

Cancellation:

Your Content:

You retain ownership of content you create using our platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing the service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability:

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Message Design be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply

discontinue using the service.
