The 5 Part Learning Ladder To Grow Your Practice

Step 1 - The workshop

A workshop is a live (or pre-recorded) learning event that puts you center stage to explain your practice and how it will transform the lives of your listeners. Attendees will understand your vision and inquire about how they can work with you.

Step 2 - The Mini Course

A mini course is a perfect next-step for attendees of your workshop. In it, they will acquire one, highly valuable skill or practice that they can implement immediately… and crave more from you.

Step 3 - The Self Paced Course

The self paced course is your first, paid offering to your new members. This course offers learners the foundations (principles, processes, norms) of your practice and prepares them to join you for a more intensive experience.

Step 4 - The Cohort

This is a high-ticket, premium learning experience where you will guide your learners through your process. The cohort style offers a wonderful safe space for learning, engagement and peer interaction and a regular cadence. 

Step 5 - The VIP evergreen

The final part of your learning ladder is the VIP or evergreen course. This is where graduates of your cohort course will be able to continuously access your valuable lessons, materials, and other offerings AND is the place where you can continue to add new content, make offers and nurture your tribe!
